A home exterior renovation project in Northbrook, where the existing siding was replaced with James Hardie fiber cement siding to create a clean, detailed appearance. HardiePlank lap siding was installed on the first floor, while the second story features James Hardie shake siding to complement the home’s shake-style roofing. To complete the exterior upgrade, the soffit, fascia, window trim, and door trim were replaced with white LP SmartSide trim for a cohesive and durable finish.
